About TRADIES HQ

TRADIES HQ is a lightweight field-record app for Australian tradies and small trade businesses. It is designed for the part of the job that is easy to lose track of: when work started, where it happened, what was done, what was found, what it cost and what was sent to the customer.

Field Jobs records start and finish times with phone location captures, keeps live jobs under Ongoing Works, and lets the user add work notes, photos, parts, additional works and customer-specific rates before creating a branded service docket.

Report on the Run provides a quick photo report workflow. The Trade Assistant uses AI to help with job planning, scope writing, troubleshooting and safety or compliance questions. The tools are built around practical trade input, and the tradie remains responsible for checking the work. TRADIES HQ is not intended to be a full accounting, payroll, scheduling or inventory platform.

The aim is simple: make it quicker for a tradie to leave a clear, useful record of the work without turning every small job into admin.
