Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms apply when you access or use TRADIES HQ, including tradieshq.app, Field Jobs, Site Report, Trade Assistant and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Field records and location

TRADIES HQ can record timestamps, phone location, job details, notes, photos and charges supplied by the user. A location capture records the device's reported position and accuracy at that time; it is not independent proof that a person performed particular work. Users are responsible for checking job records before relying on or issuing them.

3. Trade and AI assistance

The Trade Assistant provides general AI-assisted decision support. It is not a substitute for a licensed tradesperson, engineer, certifier, legal adviser, site-specific risk assessment, manufacturer instruction or authoritative regulatory requirement. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Users must verify material safety, technical, licensing and compliance matters before acting.

4. Your responsibilities

• use TRADIES HQ lawfully and keep account credentials secure;
• only upload customer, site, photo or other information you are authorised to use;
• check job details, pricing, recipients and generated documents before sending;
• comply with applicable licences, laws, codes, standards and site requirements; and
• not present TRADIES HQ or AI output as a certification, statutory approval or professional sign-off when it is not one.

5. Your content

You retain your rights in content you upload or create. You grant TRADIES HQ and its service providers the limited permission needed to host, process, transform and transmit that content so the requested features can operate.

6. Email and stored records

Email delivery depends on third-party services and recipient configuration. Users should confirm important records were received. Sending a PDF by email does not necessarily delete the underlying job, photo or generated file from TRADIES HQ. Available deletion and future retention controls should be used where appropriate.

7. Subscription and billing

Creating a verified account starts one card-free 30-day launch trial. The trial does not renew and no payment is taken automatically. After the trial, TRADIES HQ is offered as a monthly subscription at the price and renewal terms shown before checkout. A subscription renews monthly until cancelled through the available Stripe billing management tools. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Third-party services

TRADIES HQ relies on third-party providers, including Base44 and related infrastructure services. Their availability, security controls and terms may affect the operation of TRADIES HQ.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be maintained, changed, replaced or discontinued as the product develops.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRADIES HQ is not responsible for losses caused by unverified AI output, incorrect user-entered data, third-party failures or decisions made outside the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
